Rich in antioxidants this tea is a heart-healthy and cholesterol-lowering drink. Caffeine free. Free re-usable tea bag included.

    Method: Use 1-2 teaspoons of tea leaves per 250ml. Use boiling water and steep for 5 - 10 minutes. Strain the leaves out and drink warm. Honey or any natural sweetener can be added.
